- TastyGo provides food ordering and delivery services through its mobile application.
- You must provide accurate personal and delivery information while placing an order.
- Prices, menu items, and availability may change without prior notice.
- TastyGo reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to unavailability, operational issues, or suspicious activity.
- You agree not to misuse the app or attempt to disrupt its services.
Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of these terms.
Refund Policy
At TastyGo, customer satisfaction is important to us. Refunds are handled under the following conditions:
- Refunds may be issued if the order was not delivered.
- Refunds may be issued in case of incorrect or missing items.
- Refunds may be issued if food quality is significantly below acceptable standards.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable time.
Cancellation Policy
Order cancellations are subject to the following rules:
- Orders can be cancelled before they are accepted or prepared.
- Once food preparation has started, cancellation may not be possible.
- TastyGo reserves the right to cancel orders due to operational constraints.
Any eligible refunds for cancelled orders will be processed as per the refund policy.
